These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Rybion AI. By creating an account or using the services, you accept these Terms.

If you use Rybion on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Rybion offers AI investment strategists, rankings, explanations, and related educational tools. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued as we iterate.

Rybion is for education and simulation. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or exchange, and it does not execute live trades for you unless a future product expressly says otherwise under separate terms.

You must provide accurate signup information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or that create security or abuse risk.

Do not reverse engineer, scrape at abusive rates, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to violate securities or other laws.

Do not misrepresent AI strategist output as personalized financial advice from a licensed professional.

Rybion, the product UI, branding, and underlying models and content remain owned by Rybion or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the service as offered.

Feedback you submit may be used by Rybion to improve products without obligation to you.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RYBION DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Investment outcomes involve risk of loss. Past simulated or displayed performance does not guarantee future results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rybion’s aggregate liability arising from the services is limited to the greater of fees you paid to Rybion in the prior twelve months or one hundred U.S. dollars.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
