Rybion AI (“Rybion,” “we,” “us”) provides AI investment intelligence tools for education and simulation. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

By using rybion.ai, app.rybion.ai, or related services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Account information: name, email address, password credentials (hashed), and profile preferences you choose to provide.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, device type, approximate location derived from IP, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and improve the product.

Communications: messages you send through contact forms, support channels, or early-access requests.

We do not require brokerage credentials or live trading account access for core simulation and educational experiences.

To create and secure your account, personalize strategist views, and deliver product updates you request.

To analyze product performance, prevent abuse, and improve AI explanations and rankings experiences.

To respond to inquiries and send transactional email (for example, signup confirmation). Marketing email is sent only with consent where required.

We use trusted processors for hosting, authentication, analytics, and email delivery. They may process data only under our instructions.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users or Rybion, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale with appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information.

We retain account and usage data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

We apply industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data associated with your account by contacting privacy@rybion.ai.

You can opt out of non-essential cookies where controls are offered, and unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in those messages.
